    Help for Stress

    This book really helped me to become aware of areas in my life that are stressful. The recommendations for managing and/or eliminating these stress points were very helpful. In the last few days, I have read several articles on how stress causes undesirable physical conditions, so I consider this book very timely

    Beating Stress

    Despite the title of the book, which I thought was a textbook, this book is awesome! The book is packed with information and techniques. It is witty, and very informative about small things you can do on a daily basis to de-stress yourself. Just try the forced alternate nostril breathing technique. It really will calm you down. Throughout the book there are numerous techniques that can be used in the comfort of your home or office. You literally don't have to move the furniture, just sit in your favorite chair and do the relaxation techniques. This book will really help reduce your stress levels.

    I just had the opportunity to interview Jeanne Ricks for our Inspire Nation Show. Wow! What a great speaker and fantastic information!

    In her book she does an amazing job at showing biologically why we're stressed, and more importantly, what we can do about it. She looks at all aspects of beating stress, leaving no stone unturned. And she shares an incredible wealth of information on nutrition, I didn't even expect to find in this book, and how we can use nutrition to beat stress. I love it!

    If you're feeling stressed (and who isn't these days) or simply want to feel more empowered about the state of your emotional and physical well-being, then you will love this book!!!
