Romanian & Bulgarian Cookbook

My husband and I lived in Bulgaria for a few years and the recipes in this book were exactly what I was looking for.
My grandchildren have also been to Bulgaria and were so excited to see the recipes of foods they ate while there. It is very well done, and I can't wait to have a Bulgarian dinner with friends.

Yummy!!!

It's so hard to find the exact translations for many Eastern European ingredients and food items.
This book not only has great recipes and pictures, it also gives a short description of where the food originated, some history and the US available ingredients.
It has some very yummy looking recipes, and I can't wait to try them out.
Like everything in Romanian cuisine, don't expect these to be 15 minutes meals. But delicious, no question.
It even has a recipe for cozonac, so it's perfect for the holidays.
Great looking little book, with lots of interesting ideas, facts, a bit of history, great recipes and beautiful pictures.

It was a Christmas gifr for my boyfriend who never tried before our bulgarian food. He's very happy. It came right on time,so I'm very happy too. The book is awesome with a lot of information and pictures. I reccoment the book AND the seller! :)))
