Great resource
By gentle critic
The short chapters offer a nice balance between straightforward advice and in-depth explanations and commentary. The wide variety of topics covers all the basic questions about the active work of academic leadership, and touches on many of the areas of contemplative work academic leaders engage in. All in all this is a great resource.
