This book is incredibly helpful on so many different levels.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to step up his/her game to the next level. It is very well-written, very motivating and inspiring.
One of the things I especially like about "How To Become A SuperHero", is that it gives you a clear-cut, well organized, step by step plan to becoming a better (stronger, smarter, better developed, better educated, more spiritual, more successful, happier, etc...) YOU.
After reading the book, if you don't see instant improvement in your goals, whatever they may be, you didn't really do the homework and exercises the book provides you on the journey it is helping you through
Don't get fooled by the comic book playfulness of the approach in the book: there is a lot to digest here ranging from business matters (i.e. marketing, promoting yourself, planning, etc. ) to psychology (what is holding you back, how to break out of your limitations, etc... ) to spirituality (i.e. social abilities, emotional intelligence, becoming better connected to your deeper purpose, etc.)
The light-hearted approach has a meaning: while you are accomplishing all these great, important things you set out to achieve, you can as well have fun doing so.
The author, Sage Michael, also has a fantastic website that does a great job in further guiding and coaching the readers of the book to achieving their life's purpose and mission.

I can tell you this: Before reading this book, I never made that specific connection before, but you do indeed feel a bit like a SuperHero when you see great things happening in your life, when you see yourself grow and you see yourself really contributing things of value to society and your community through focused effort and dedication.
There is nothing quite like feeling like a SuperHero. :)

Powerful

This book is Super amazing, Super powerful, Super inspirational, and So much more. I learned essential things about taking control of my life and becoming the best I could be. I loved it so much, Im planning to get a tattoo with a quote from one of the opening chapters.
I wouldnt say you wont be able to put it down once you start it - you will be, because you'll be out there, actively building yourSelf to the very best you can become. Its more than a book, it becomes a way a life. One that once you start living, you'll wonder why you havent been living this way all along.

Follow this book and BE EPIC

This book just about saved my life. Really.
I stumbled across this book during a difficult time in my life (death of a close friend, abusive relationship, bad work situation) and I credit it to helping me rise out of the most depressed point in my life. The exercises and tasks inside helped me focus my mind, accomplish some of the coolest things I’ve ever done in my life, rise up and address the problems in my life, and ultimately made me a better person. I really can’t stress enough how much this book helped me when I was an absolute mess. If you are struggling or suffering at all, buy this book and follow it. It *will* help.
Now onto the actual content…..
Part 1 begins with a look at what it means to be a superhero and an overview of the steps to becoming one. It introduces the three types of superhero- Freelancer, Freerunner, and Flyer- and asks you to choose to become one in order to develop your powers (of course you can mix it up- I started as a Freerunner but am now working on being a developing Flyer and Freelancer skills). The book then looks at the different types of moral codes and has you write out your values to discover what your own moral alignment is. The rest of Part 1 involves writing out your mission, vision, mythology, identity….and more! Expect to spend some time writing everything out, and be sure to actually do it- this helps you focus and solidify your commitment.
Parts 2 and 3 are where the real fun begins- Superhero Bootcamp and powers! Bootcamp starts with exercises to help you master your mind, body, and spirit. This forms the foundation for you to develop your actual powers. Do them. It also includes a workout plan adapted from Navy SEAL training, but states you can use whatever training routine you enjoy. Personally, I like to lift heavy things more than I like to run, so that’s what I do ☺
In the section on Superpowers, there are “Core” Powers for all superheroes, and then specific powers for the three different types. Each power includes a description and the steps to achieving it. They are diverse and includes reflex training, memory power, athleticism, time management, languages, hypnotism, lie detection, martial arts, weapons, survival, quantum healing, and Chinese medicine.
I’ll leave the rest of the book as a surprise.
And seriously, buy this book and use it. It helped me build my confidence, gave me purpose, and I had many amazing experiences. I took martial arts classes, survival courses, learned how to shoot a gun, and even flew a plane. I found my Professor X in my amazing yoga teacher and am learning all the crazy spiritual and transformative aspects of yoga. I met the love of my life (who is, no kidding, a real-life superhero) while at a parkour gym.
One more thing- the author, Sage Michael, is awesome. I reached out to him to ask a question about his other offerings and before I knew it, he and his wife were helping me out with my own business and goals. How often do you even hear from an author, let alone get personal advice and guidance?
